Abstract Description : This session will explore strategies and best practices for creating a learning environment that cultivates students’ diverse interests and passions regardless of their racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds or unique learning challenges. Drawing from Inspire High’s partner classroom examples, the audience will learn how bite-size online videos can transform into interactive and reflective learning by leveraging guided facilitation and online tools. Participants will also gain actionable insights into how digital learning can help students discover their passions. How to connect students’ diverse interests into meaningful, deeper learning experiences will also be discussed.
