Abstract Description : In a rapidly changing world, students must graduate from high school with a life-long learning mindset and skills. Inspire High platform offers a flexible, guided digital learning experience and has nurtured the innate curiosities, interests, and motivation of over 50,000 students in Japan. In this workshop, the audience will experience the four-step learning journey as students and understand the value of combining facilitated digital learning and classroom experience. The participants will also share their practices in connecting their students to the real world. With social-emotional learning skill development at the core, well-being survey results on how students in Japan gained a better understanding of who they are, what they are interested in, and how they see themselves connecting with the real world will be presented.
