Abstract Description : Learning compassion increases students’ sense of well-being and improves the classroom environment for all learners – but simply put, it can be difficult to find both the time and quality lessons to teach it – even more so in a virtual environment. In this session, we will explore several resources and strategies that will equip young students with the knowledge of compassion, empathy, and growth mindset that they need in order to be successful in school and in life. Educators will leave this session with a toolbox of resources, including interactive scenarios and self-guided activities - all totally FREE for educators.
