Abstract Description : The interactive Field Guide session will showcase how to gradually implement blended learning strategies in the K-12 classroom. The first part of the session will focus on utilizing prior knowledge of deploying blended learning strategies. Next, the participants will collaborate to work through coaching support aimed at enhancing the elements of blended learning. Toward the end of the session, all participants will receive a step-by-step guide to continue supporting and coaching educators through the deployment of blended learning environments.

Learning Objectives:
The Participants will explore the 12 Elements of Student Ownership “Belt” system
The participants will start to develop a data-rich classroom environment that will help facilitate each student's learning.
By the end of the session, educators will design a step-by-step guide for implementing blended learning practices in their classrooms, ensuring a structured approach that supports both students and peers.
