Abstract Description : What has an online school serving students since 2009 learned about organization and communication with teachers and school leaders? A lot! Come join two current administrators as we share best practices to “get the water to the end of the row.” You will come away with a repository of examples of documents (you can copy and edit to fit your needs) and systems that can be implemented quickly. We will share the processes that have made us the leader in digital education in our state. No need to reinvent the wheel. Come and learn what has worked to communicate our mission, vision, and values (and practical stuff) to our school community.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of the session, participants will be able to understand the importance of having a repository of organizing documents and tasks for teachers and staff, organized by month and type that prevents things from falling through the cracks.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to understand how to train and use Department Team Leads to "get the water to the end of the row" which provides the backbone for a strong school culture and improved student success.
