Abstract Description :

In this session, educators will explore strategies to cultivate a positive online classroom culture through the effective use of feedback. The first portion will focus on effective feedback strategies that enhance student learning outcomes and promote a trusting and empowering classroom environment. Afterward, participants will engage in a facilitated discussion, sharing personal experiences, discussing challenges, and brainstorming ways to apply these feedback strategies in their own online classrooms.
