Abstract Description : The digital divide in Uganda's education sector is widening and this is due to the changing social, political, economic, technological, environmental trends in the country, region, and the entire world. This has created a big rift in the provision of inclusive and equitable access to educational technology more so digital learning. The most affected categories of people are the vulnerable and marginalized groups such as learners in rural areas, refugees, single parents (teenage parents), orphans, people with disabilities, and elderly persons among others. Access to digital learning and affordability is perceived to be exclusively for the privileged and wealthy, so, that motivated me to participate in DLAC 2025 to learn and share ideas on how to expand inclusive and equitable access to digital learning in Uganda.
