Abstract Description :

Effective collaboration between general and special educators is essential for supporting diverse learners who often spend most of their time in general education settings. This session addresses the need for ongoing professional learning for general and special educators to improve support of diverse learners.

We will explore relevant research, discuss the role our hearts and minds play in this work, and provide actionable strategies to enhance educator preparedness. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with practical steps to create a more inclusive and supportive online learning environment for all students.
