In this session, attendees will explore Davis Connect's "Virtual Learning Walks," a fully online approach designed to build teacher confidence by leveraging peer strengths and introducing new instructional strategies. These virtual walks allow educators to observe, collaborate, and reflect on teaching practices in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Key features include virtual collaboration with fellow teachers, setting norms that foster openness and trust, and establishing clear objectives for pre- and post-conference discussions. We’ve seen significant growth and increased confidence in our teachers through these virtual sessions, and we’re excited to share how they can be seamlessly integrated into remote learning environments.
