Learning isn’t by manufacture date: multi age classes to create authentic learning experiences.

In the words of Sir Ken Robinson, “Students are educated in batches, according to age, as if the most important thing they have in common is their date of manufacture.” Once students leave the K12 environment, they will be working with and learning from people of all ages and backgrounds. We layered state standards and competency based learning to create courses where Kinder- 5th grade students work together to meet individual goals. Our multi age model allows our online students to work alongside others at home or online. Students work together to design new recipes, build mini golf courses, explore history, and more. This model  also allows students to benefit from the knowledge, experience, and thought patterns of students of all ages.
