Abstract Description :

A leader’s vision ignites the momentum necessary to begin a digital learning program. As your program develops, you face a constant barrage of challenges. As the challenges mount, maintaining the momentum requires a creative approach to staying true to your vision. During our time together, we will learn how to reframe challenges to increase your brain’s capacity to solve problems. You will explore strategies, brain research, and more importantly, your own perspective in addressing challenges to meet the needs of the educational community you serve.

Learning Objectives:

  • At the end of the session, participants will be able to identify themes with the problems they encounter.
