Abstract Description : Despite the challenges of physical distance, educators can foster meaningful, human-centered connections both online and in person. This presentation offers 20 strategies for building a warm, inclusive environment that supports not only students but also families and staff. By blending in-person activities and online opportunities, we’ll explore methods like hybrid office hours, family engagement events, and community-building exercises. Learn how to create spaces that promote collaboration, enhance social-emotional well-being, and strengthen relationships across all settings, helping everyone feel valued and connected in the school community.

Learning Objectives:
