Abstract Description : If the goal is for students to engage in meaningful digital learning, what practices & conditions need to exist? From thoughtful integration of GenAI to the implementation of high-quality virtual or hybrid learning models, TLA has been working alongside states, systems, and schools to understand the leadership practices, policies, and instructional strategies that lead to more effective, engaging, and equitable learning opportunities. Participants will discuss challenges, share successes, and explore practical strategies to align efforts across roles. Using TLA's openly-available tools and resources as a foundation, attendees will leave with actionable steps to foster systemic change and sustainable digital learning initiatives.
