Abstract Description : Our "Snapshot 2025" is our annual review that encapsulates the policy shifts, trends in practice, and enrollment trajectories in the K-12 digital learning space during the 2023-2024 school year. This session aims to provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the Digital Learning Collaborative's (DLC) annual Snapshot by sharing the findings, implications, and actionable insights to support practitioners and policymakers as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of K-12 digital learning. After we share our findings for the year, join us in a discussion about the report, what participants are experiencing in the field, and the future of digital learning.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the major policy changes in 2023-2024 and how they impact the direction of online and hybrid learning, and explore the new best practices that have emerged and learn how educators and institutions have adapted to offer enriched learning experiences.
Delve deep into the enrollment trends, pinpointing which regions or demographics have leaned more towards online or hybrid models, and what factors may have influenced these shifts.
