Abstract Description : You've secured the right online learning curriculum, but how do you manage the operational side of your digital learning program? This session focuses on the critical, often-overlooked logistics necessary for a successful program in partnership with a vendor. Instead of focusing on pedagogy, we explore the operational components that make or break, and ultimately support growth within a program. We’ll cover key topics like account management, help desk operations, and marketing strategies. Through practical discussions, we’ll share lessons learned, explore common challenges, and highlight what drives student success. Interactive table talks will offer a chance to reflect on your experiences and exchange strategies with peers.
