Abstract Description : In a rapidly evolving educational landscape, data-driven decision-making is key to improving student success in virtual learning. ACCESS Virtual Learning's University of Alabama Support Center began with PowerBI and Excel to monitor success metrics. Last year, we started using AI to analyze year-end data and spot trends. This year, we’re expanding AI usage to see if it can help us proactively predict and address potential issues before they impact student performance. This presentation shares our journey, challenges, and the impact of transitioning from traditional analysis to predictive AI.
