Abstract Description :

In K-12 online special education, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is essential for supporting diverse learners’ emotional and social needs. This session will explore effective strategies for integrating SEL into online curricula, tailored for students with varying abilities.  Participants will see real and practical ways special education staff are incorporating SEL practices in all areas of service delivery.  By prioritizing SEL, we can empower students to build resilience, enhance communication skills, and foster a sense of belonging. Join us to learn how to cultivate a supportive online environment for all learners.
