Ian is an experienced education professional with over 22 years of experience, including teaching, instructional technology, and leadership. He has spent 15 years as a digital school leader. Ian's expertise lies in continuous improvement, change management, instructional systems design, and leveraging the flexibility of digital education to create student options. He earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Systems Design, a Colorado Principal License and was selected to be part of the Cahn Fellowship for Distinguished Principals during the 2023-24 school year.
