Heather Dutko is the Manager of Instruction and a Master Teacher at Indiana Connections Academy (INCA), where she has been dedicated to fostering academic excellence and supporting student success since 2020. Prior to joining INCA, Heather spent seven years as a social studies teacher at Kouts High School in Indiana and two years teaching at Eastern High School in Ohio.
