Dr. Alicia O’Brien has over 20 years of experience in K-12 and Higher Education and a background in systems design, leadership, facilitating cross-collaborative teams, and teacher preparation. She has served in educational leadership positions at national universities, as a college professor, math department chair, and high school classroom teacher. She has designed and facilitated professional development for high school math teachers and college faculty. She currently oversees the Math and Computer Science Department at Laurel Springs School as Academic Department Chair.
