Dr. David Timbs is the Director of Secondary and Instructional Technology for Johnson City Schools.He also served as the Executive Director of Instructional Leadership at the Tennessee Department of Education in Nashville. He has also served as the Asst. Superintendent for Teaching and Learning for Sullivan County Schools as well as in teaching and administrative roles in Johnson County. In his 32nd year of education, Dr. Timbs was selected as the "Tennessee Supervisor of the Year" in 2008 and has served as an instructor at both East Tennessee State University and Milligan University.
