Dr. Rebekah Redmer has over 27 years of experience in education and serves as the Executive Director of Innovative Programming at Jenison Public Schools, where she guides the development of creative educational programs. As the founding leader of Jenison Innovation Academy (JIA) and U-Tech Prep, she has established high-achieving online and hybrid schools. Dr. Redmer also designed the Redmer Model, an inclusive teacher evaluation tool for K-12 online classrooms that prioritizes instructional quality and supports educators in delivering exceptional online education.
