Caroline Johnson is the Principal of The Haven School in WSD3 in Colorado Springs. The Haven provides online & hybrid learning for students grades K-12. Ms. Johnson’s background includes experience as a clinical social worker, and her focus is supporting unique needs of students by fostering a positive school culture. Ms. Johnson is currently a PhD candidate conducting research on how virtual schools can intentionally structure the learning environment to promote school belonging.
