Aaron's work at the ESD includes organizing and delivering professional development, managing the Grow Your Own & Registered Apprentice in Teaching programs, data driven decision making, online instruction, equity training and regular attendance work. Aaron presents across the country on topics of technology integration, distance learning, and systems for data literacy. He is an avid hiker who can often be found in the wild places of the Siskiyou and Coastal Ranges of Oregon with his wife Carrie.
