Stephen Chamberlin is an accomplished educator and program administrator with over 24 years of experience, primarily within Chesapeake Public Schools. He currently serves as the Program Administrator for Virtual Instruction, overseeing virtual education initiatives such as the Chesapeake Virtual Academy (CVA), credit recovery programs, and partnerships with Multidivisional Online Providers (MOPS). Since 2017, he has spearheaded the development and implementation of policies that enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of online and hybrid learning.
