Jeanne Urban works at Fulton County Schools for their Virtual Program as the Science Instrucitonal Lead. She earned her B.S. in Molecular Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2001. She moved to Atlanta, GA to take her first job at the CDC working in an HIV and immunology Lab. She decided to pursue teaching science as a career and completed her MEd. in Science Education from GSU. She began her teaching career in Fulton County in 2004. She enjoys travel, Latin dancing, gardening, yoga, and hiking. Jeanne has a gorgeous little girl named Amalia who is started Kindergarten this year.
