Jason Odom, Director of Instruction at Florida Virtual School (FLVS), has over 15 years of experience in online education. He began his career teaching elementary school, later transitioning to virtual learning to promote personalized instruction. At FLVS, he has taught middle school math, mentored new teachers, and led online educators in FLVS Flex and FlexPoint as a Principal.
