Abstract Description : In this session, attendees will learn more about the strategic steps a public school district took to expand its online school beyond state borders, reaching students across the nation and around the world through a tuition-based option. With a commitment to a global perspective, the district aimed to elevate online teaching and learning, making a significant impact both nationally and internationally. This initiative also provided local Michigan students with valuable multicultural experiences. Participants will discover how this approach not only increased access to quality education but also encouraged cross-cultural exchanges and collaboration among students from various backgrounds.
